Back in May I commented that rates were just about at historic lows. Well, now they are at historic lows! Because we are a mortgage origination company and not financial advisors I almost never give an opinion on where I think the market is heading. But now is an exception. The Fed has had its finger on the up button for a few months now and I think they are going to press it by late September or early October. If you are looking for mortgage financing then right now is the time!
